socalbid.lol is a competitive Public Social Leaderboard. Rank positions represent transparent social bids placed solely on our website. We do not sell views, followers, likes, subscribers, clicks, or algorithmic reach on YouTube, Instagram, X (Twitter), or any external platform. All bids are applied immediately and are non-refundable.
1. Agreement to Terms
By visiting socalbid.lol, submitting a channel listing, or placing a bid, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Platform Rules. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
2. Channel Ownership & Authorization
When you submit a channel URL or handle, you warrant that you either own the channel or have direct authorization from the owner to represent and promote it. Impersonation, unauthorized brand squatting, and misleading listings are strictly prohibited and will be removed without refund.
3. Payments, Bids & Finality
All transactions are processed in USD via our checkout partner, Dodo Payments. Once payment is confirmed, your bid is applied immediately to the live rankings. Because rankings are updated instantly in real time and are subject to live competition from other bidders, all bids are final and non-refundable.
Initiating an unjustified chargeback or payment dispute with your bank without contacting us will result in immediate removal of your listing and a permanent ban.
4. Content Restrictions
Listings must comply with our Rules. We prohibit adult/NSFW content, scams, malware, harassment, hate speech, and invite-only chat groups. We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates these standards.
5. Third-Party Trademarks
YouTube, Instagram, and X (Twitter) trademarks, logos, and public profile data displayed on socalbid.lol belong to their respective owners. They are referenced strictly under nominative fair use to identify authentic public creator channels. socalbid.lol is not endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with YouTube, Google, Meta, Instagram, or X Corp.
6. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no guarantees regarding specific traffic volumes, audience engagement, or external business outcomes resulting from placement on our directory. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our cumulative liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific listing in question.
7. Channel Disputes & Takedown Requests
If you own a channel and wish to dispute a listing, update information, or request a takedown, click the Report flag directly on that channel card on the leaderboard. Our moderation team reviews all submitted reports within 24 to 48 hours.
